My Journey

As a child, I was captivated by martial arts and acrobatics, training in Tae-Kwon-Do, Aikido, Ninjutsu, Wrestling, Parkour, Dancing, and Gymnastics. After graduating high school, I began coaching children’s Parkour classes in coastal North Carolina. A year later, I moved to the mountains of NC, started a plant-based diet, and began exploring Rock Climbing, Slacklining, Fire Spinning, and Martial Arts Tricking. I later took a trip to Rishikesh, India, that vastly deepened my knowledge of Yoga.

Years later after returning to coastal NC, I was sponsored by a Trampoline Park, joined a Professional Parkour and Stunt Team, and performed at various public venues. Only then did I start getting into Weightlifting and eventually fell in love with Calisthenics.

Since transitioning to a fully Plant-Based diet, I’ve been able to lose significant body fat, my chronic migraines decreased in frequency well over 90%, and I gained unparalleled energy. My previous diet was heavily meat-based, with minimal vegetables and fruits. Switching to a Vegan lifestyle has not only exposed me to so many foods I never would have tried, but it has also helped me grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m not saying a vegan diet is the only healthy option or the only way to feel better, but I do believe that I can help you find a healthier and more sustainable approach to dieting than you’ve experienced before.
